We follow common passport and ID photo guidelines and do our best to help you prepare a compliant image, but final approval is always determined by the issuing authority. Please review your country's official requirements and compare them with your final photo. If your photo is rejected, we can help you create a revised version and improve it before resubmission. If you share official evidence of the rejection, we may be able to review a refund request.
